Brianna - LHS Class of 2021

Updated: May 26, 2021

Hi and welcome to my second Senior Spotlight of the week! I'll be putting the spotlight on Brianna this time, she's a senior at Luray High School and we had so much fun at both of her sessions - in the fall and the spring!

Two Sessions - Double the Fun

One of my favorite things about working with seniors is that I offer a package that includes two sessions. This means that I get the opportunity to do a fun casual session in the summer or fall and another session to celebrate their graduation in the spring with cap and gown photos! Brianna chose to do a fall and spring session, and when we did her first session the leaves had the perfect colors, the sun was shining, and we ended up with amazing photos as the result. We started out at Lake Arrowhead in Luray and then moved to downtown Luray, both locations in Brianna's hometown and great places to showcase who she is!

Anyone who has visited Luray can tell you, it is a place of timeless beauty and the destination of many visitors who want to get a great Shenandoah Valley experience. Lakes, caverns, a gorgeous historical downtown area and most importantly - welcoming and friendly faces! Brianna works at Luray Caverns and gets a front row seat at showcasing the beauty of the town she lives in. When not working at the caverns though, Brianna is a hardworking student at LHS, which has paid off for her because after graduation at the end of this month, she will officially be a student at the University of Virginia! Yesterday we did her cap and gown photos and also some more photos of her in her UVA gear. This is her last week of classes before graduation next week, and I know she's excited to finish up and move on to the next chapter in life!

The closer we get to graduation days for all of the seniors I've photographed, the more excited I get! It is such a pleasure to be a big part of their senior year and to provide images for them to look back on a big time of their lives. I wish all of my seniors the best in their next adventures and hope to be able to photograph them again when they graduate college, get married, and start families. Brianna has big things ahead of her, and I wish her so much luck in all of her future endeavors!
